Thank you for your input. Here is some sales of domains with ''the'' as prefix.

Bio Technology subject is too serious and this year and next 2 years seems to be more serious and challenging. And past 4 months most news and search engines were indexing on Bio Tech company since they are the first developed covid-19 vaccines.

I personally don't prefer to use "the" in the beginning of domains yet most google and bing search results comes with "the" in the beginning.

If you find the end user this domains value is mid $$$$ but wholesale price in NP might be btw $$-$$$
Most likely $$.

Great domain XXX to low X.XXX IMHO

Thank you for the link. This type of domain is more preferable among the niche bloggers. I have noticed that some pro bloggers have a negative sentiment on "the".
