I would say pretty much no hyphenated .NET are worth owning for resale.
"Apartaments" is a typo. I am not sure why it would be worth anything in .NET.

I own and have sold plenty of .NET. I still own some top keywords like Fitness.net, Catering.net, and others.

With the above the Crypto Prices .com is developed and BeSci .com redirects to a live site and has multiple extensions developed, both taken in a minimum of 10+ extensions so for me they are worth a punt..... to be honest I probably will not be adding anymore .net domains to these 2......unless one of them sells, maybe...

The only name I hold is:

Psilo.net

Mostly because I believe highly in the niche and I think there's loads of potential in the name. However I don't plan on investing in more any time soon, not that I think there's no money to be made, it'll probably just be fewer and further between

I believe .net has alot of room to grow. In 2021 I have been investing into 3L.net domains, I have acquired pob.net (1995) & kem.net so far, and currently in negotiations to acquire more.

I still believe that nothing will ever compare to the king, but if you buy the right names (single english word or 2L or 3L) you might end up making a good flip out of it. Stay away from typos too.
