Not a question of selling more why Microsoft haven't filed a TM complaint.....

I wonder why they can't/couldn't claim it via an UDRP as the OP suggested? They have had a registered office in Bosnia since around 2006, so they are trading in the country....... so does mean it is classified as residence status?

Not sure as I am not a legal exert or Bosnian National.........

I thought that’s what he meant ..the TM for some reason didn’t apply because in some situations it’s still protected

Well they are not part of the EU (they have applied though) so I suppose it would come down to country TM laws (and not EU law) and how they are applied.......

IMO this is getting quite pointless having ccTLDs if non-residents can register them.

It must be annoying owning an international company when a new extension is released onto the marketplace. The only people who profit are the registries, domainers and lawyers.

You on the map.
Not sure what you mean about fake news... just making a point in reference specifically to international companies and TM laws.

Lol I wish ...but I was only implying by “fake news” that even if I personally love the extension I don’t think it’s huge news to a domain world ..there is way tooo many extensions lol

@platey .ba was only open to local bosnian registrars. New international registrars can apply now.
