Trump would've booked 5000 rooms in one of his hotels and overcharged them at public expense :xf.laugh:

Better than letting National Guard troops live in a basement parking garage.

Your people increased the debt more than Trump.
Trump wins 😁
Obama had an average of $4.65 trillion in a 4 year span.

Trump did $7.8 trillion in 4 years.

Huge difference.

State laws don't override the constitution.

LOL. I have no idea what you are talking about.

I just explained the Supremacy Clause above.
You need competing federal and state laws for it to come into play.

Please explain to me which part of the Constitution it violates for Amazon to decide to drop Parler as a customer?

Longstanding Colorado state law prohibits public accommodations, including businesses such as Masterpiece Cakeshop, from refusing service based on factors such as race, sex, marital status or sexual orientation.

Parler was eight balled because the refused to ban Donald Trump. Call it what you want, the fact is Amazon demanded they censor people based on political view point and Parler didn't respond fast enough.

Tough to prove in court.

States don't have the power to limit the bill of rights.

Again, there are no first amendment free speech rights when it comes to private companies.

Free speech is only protected when it comes to the government itself.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I have tried to explain that exact point to these Trump supporters as well as Trump supporters in my family and they just don't get it.

I am simply amazed at how many people have a tenuous grasp of the basic principles of law and the Constitution itself.

A lot of people need to take a civics/government class.

There is a anti-trust law. I'm not a lawyer but it's pretty obvious what happened wasn't based on a TOS. FB, Twitter, Instagram, youtube all contain violent content, illegal content, are used for illegal activity including sex trafficking, child explotation.

Citation please. Which specific law would apply?

You are talking out your ass. The interpretation of the first amendment is well defined and understood.

A company can stop doing business with you because they think you are an asshole, or they think that association is bad for business. They can stop doing business because they think it brings them legal risk.

They can drop you as a customer for really any reason, that is not specifically protected by law. That is their prerogative.

Official National Debt on last day of Trump presidency shows it increased $7.8-trillion on his watch. As a candidate, he pledged to eliminate the Debt during 8 years in office. It ended at $27.751-trillion. Compares to Debt increase of $9.3-trillion during Pres Obama’s 8 yrs.

well .... we are broker than Haiti right now as far as cash money goes ... we are living on asset loans now ... I don’t expect our debt will ever actually be paid off unless we sell the country .... which I believe has already taken place ...

Irony, Leftists dont know Adam Smith would be ashamed

I am sorry, but there is no God given right to have a platform to spread lies, misinformation, and conspiracy theories online.

A lot of people can simply look in the mirror if they want an answer to why they have been de-platformed.

Even as far as the government goes, free speech is not unlimited. Certain things like inciting language and unqualified medical advice are not protected.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters in today’s White House briefing that President Biden called Gen. Daniel Hokanson, who heads the National Guard, “to thank him for not just his work of the last few weeks, but the work of the National Guard, over the last several years.”

He offered “any assistance needed, of both the government but also on a personal level, and asked him to reach out if there was anything that he ever needed,” Psaki continued.

Late last night, reports that thousands of National Guard troops were moved to a parking garage after they were told they could no longer use space within the US Capitol Complex sparked bipartisan outrage on Capitol Hill, leading to the units being welcomed back to the Capitol Visitor’s Center.

Psaki pointed to Biden’s personal connection to the National Guard, pointing to his late son, Beau Biden, who served in the National Guard.

But spreading violence and beheading Trump is obviously OK with Twitter since Kathy Griffin has tweeted the picture below on several occasions, the last time being just 2 weeks ago... right?
