So far - The U.S. has administered 15.6 million doses

We don't have enough. Some of what we have is just hanging out, not in people's arms. They lied about the Reserves. We should have had a National Plan.

So I expect them to get in there and put in some work. Tackle Covid, then focus on economy, then other stuff.

Part of his "drain the swamp" pledge.

No worries, I'm not into CNN, nor about to defend them. I think you read it wrong. The first place, CNN didn't say that Bannon won't be pardoned, only that Trump's legal council recommended he not be. Contrary to advice, Trump pardoned him nontheless. He could still face legal charges regardless...

Trump threw a BIG wrench in the system. The job of running the government has been made even more difficult through misinformation and a lack of co-operation from Trump during transition. Biden will definitely have his work cut out for him and his team. America will end up paying the consequences.
