You can disagree all you want. The law is the law.

If you are born to a US parent in a foreign country you either are or are not eligible. It doesn't matter if that is Canada, Kenya, or Zimbabwe.

I have a lot of family in Canada and am a dual citizen btw. Canada is great, but the law would have to be applied equally.

There are interpretations about what the Constitution means, but it has never been fully settled by the Supreme Court as far as I know, especially as far as "natural born".

Most interpretations would say under the 14th amendment if anyone is simply born in the US, they would be considered "natural born".
