We're glad people seem to like the new UI! We are working feverishly to get it completed and live later next week!

@Grilled - We wanted to launch the new domain manager before going through and making in depth tutorials and updated FAQs. There are more updated FAQs on our Support page and i've updated that link within our Sitemap for the next code push.

@Akhilesh.Kumar and @blank - I would be happy to take a look and see what is going on. Can you please DM me your email address and Sav ticket number?

@synecdoche - Our PayPal integration will use the funds in your PayPal account first. If you pre-load your PayPal account it acts just like pre-loading a Sav account upon checkout.

@JudgeMind - Ill add auth codes in the export to our todo list!

@domainicate - I would be happy to take a look at your account and see what is going on. If you want to DM me your Sav email address and that specific auctions I can take a look.

@iTesla - We do have very strict employee policies prohibiting anything close to that. As we do take any allegation of that very seriously please DM me your Sav account email address and the domain referenced so I can take a look into personally.

@alcy - We do not have any association with expireddomains.net so I don't know if we can help. For security reasons, we do not disclose why payments do not go through publicly but our support team would be happy to take a look at a specific payment issue via a ticket.

We value the NP community very much and are happy to take a look into anything that does not seem right. As much as we strive to be a flawless company, bugs do come up, documentation can get out of date and specific events combined together can cause an outcome that was not expected.

We are not able to determine what your Sav account is solely based on your NP username and do need to know your Sav account to take a look. When you do see something that seems odd, instead of posting the details on here, then us asking you to DM us the details so we can take a look, just DM us the details directly - it will shave off a bunch of time and result in a much faster resolution.

We are committed to building the best domain registrar and can't thank the NP community enough for all of your feedback and suggestion on how to get there!

Any ETA of afternic fast transfer? Seems like its been promissed for almost 8 or 9 months now but still not a thing. I see that SAV is approved on the afternic website as a partner....

@Grilled - As I explained in my DM, I asked for the exact opposite. We have a great and very knowledgeable support team. I am happy to take a deeper look into suggestions and tickets from NP members but not members that do not treat our team with respect. Referring to us in profane terms is not acceptable and we will not continue to provide a higher level of care to customers who do. From here on our, our very capable support team will be solely handing all of your requests. We would have preferred to keep this conversation private via our DM but did see the need to clarify the previous comment this thread.

I am happy to take a deeper look into suggestions and tickets from NP members . . .

I can confirm this 100%. @Nick R not only helped me via DM, but it was fast, courteous, and he honestly helped way more than I ever expected when sending my initial message. This was also after asking some questions in this very thread that could be considered 'anti-Sav' if taken the wrong way and he still had zero problems helping.

I know how it is.
People are people and not everyone gets along on forums, but Nick (and everyone else!) is alright with me.

My current domain purchase through Sav is going smoothly (can't say the same for NC right now when it comes to other domains I'm acquiring :xf.confused: ...). Here's hoping that everyone gets what they want sooner than later! The mockups posted earlier look great and the upcoming changes seem like they'll be very useful for all involved. :angelic:

We do not currently support .pink but I do see it on our todo list. Let me see if I can get that moved up. Ill DM you in the next week or so.

So far a good start. Once they hire more support (including phone) and developers, this registrar has the potential to be a top ten (10) in time assuming the level of care is not neglected.

We need a dedicated page to manage/view the domains that we are currently bidding on in auctions.
Right now it is a PITA to search for domains in the all-one-one "auctions-page" when I just need a quick check on where I am winning, bidding or lost etc.

We totally agree and do have that on our todo list. I do not have an ETA as of yet.

Good Afternoon NamePros,

We have some exciting news to share today! For more than a year now, the bulk of our development
team’s efforts have been going to a project that we have not talked about publicly - until now.

When we first launched Sav in 2019, we could not have come close to imagining the growth
we have seen. As far as we can tell, we are one of, if not the fastest growing domain registrar in recent
history. With this growth has come some tech challenges that we began seeing early last year.
To be able to handle near infinite scale and more easily incorporate many features that have
been frequently requested, we decided the best way forward was to re-
re-architect our tech stack that links Sav to all the registries from the ground up. This is a backend-
only system that will not be visible to users, but will be quietly powering many things on Sav
moving forward. We also built a new domain manager with great bulk tools on top of that new
tech stack, and these have both gone live in beta today!

We are excited for everyone to try them out and promise frequent improvements and new
features built on top of this platform moving forward. As with any launch of this size, we do
expect some small issues will pop up. If you see anything out of the ordinary, please reach out
to [email protected] directly and we will get it resolved. Thanks again for everyone’s patience
and we look forward to continuing to work with everyone in the great NP community.

New interface looks and functions great (as far as I can tell).

I also really like the new emails (that lists both the expiration date and a renew by date) that appear to have started around January 9th, 2020.

Looks like a nice attempt to pioneer better practices.

I'd still prefer more (detailed) better communicated knowledge-base regarding redemption/renewal date(s)/fee(s), but really can't knock on this months apparent progress.

@Nick R ... I lost an auction at sav yesterday for which I paid full bid amount twice, since you have this preauthorize payment BS. What happens to my money now ? Do I need to write it to support@sav ? Is there an auto refund ? How long does sav hold it ? Do I get an email when the refund happens ?

anyone wanna chime in that has gone through this ? Do you still participate in the sav auctions ?

I like new bulk action, but one thing maybe to fix, after i add to a folder selected domains they are still selected, would be good to deselect them automatically after they are added to folder, else i need to press My Domains to refresh page each time.

@Nick R I had emailed yesterday to support regarding an error message in checkout page. Error 'Code: 424. Address is invalid or missing'. I have not received any response.
I am unable to make any purchases! Help!

@xeroox - We are not aware of any Sedo issues but If you are seeing anything, please submit a ticket and we will take a look. See our note just a few posts back in this thread regarding Afternic.

Finally, thanks to everyone who has tried out system shared their compliments! Look forward to frequent iteration and improvements as we move forward.
