Good luck with your sales!

Just sold D9(.)vc for $800 on Epik.
Got a $500 offer this morning, I emailed him my counter of $800, replied right away that he could do that, 2 mins later I already had the funds in my Masterbucks Acct. Epik is lightning fast! @Rob Monster

Paid $4.99 during the epik promo, in August I believe. Spent about $600 on 130-140 premium .vc domains, already sold messenger(.)vc for $800 a couple weeks ago and d9(.)vc for $800 yesterday so I'm up $1000 on my investment and still have 130 something premium names and a good amount of time to sell more before renewal time.

That is what I did actually 😂

Btc was at 18k at that time

Congratulations 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏
You are a real treasure hunter who always find good domains somewhere & than bring them to mainstream again.

I think I knew the buyer who is super happy with purchase and has ability to easily sell in 6-7 figure anytime :)

Name: TermShield.com
Sale venue: Squadhelp
Listing type: Premium Listing
Sale price: $2,499
Purchase venue: GoDaddy (2011)
Purchase price: $8.29
Details: Was purchased for a client project that got sidelined many years ago.
I sold this under a 24-month payment plan after Squadhelp's CEO (Darpan Munjal) had posted that they were seeing more sales from those who offered payment plans, so I decided to give it a shot.

Venue - Squadhelp (Sold via Afternic)

Domain listed for 3699$ on SH, but sold via Afternic, so, SH created a debit note for 398.8$, when I told them the actual selling price.

I also asked SH, if I would have negotiated and sold the domain for less than 3699, would they have taken 10% based on negotiated price on Afternic. To which, they replied, yes they would accept that.

Hold Time - 100 Days (Apx)
CP - 23$ (Apx)

Happy new year to everyone.

I feel blessed to be a part of this community and on completing 5 years in domaining.

Also, specially for new domainers, I started with a total investment of about 500$ and today hold over a 1000 domains and also running my household expenses for more than 4 years solely based on domaining.

So, there is still hope and scope. There is always a new boat coming. All you need to do is put your heart and soul in it. Best of luck and stay blessed!

Technically the SH policy is 10% of the highest price you had on SH within the last 7 days.

Therefore if you sold the domain for $3988 and the domain was listed for no more than $3699 on SH within the last 7 days , then their cut is 10% of $3699 NOT 10% of the $3988. I had asked this to them before.

*random example, It would make no sense if you end up selling a domain on Afternic for $6500 and it's listed on SH for $4000 to pay them 10% of the price you were able to get yourself

I agree, but on the flip side, if I would have negotiated and sold the domain for 2K, then they would have accepted 200$ as their commission.

So, it made sense to me.
