I like to share my knowledge & research as a small return to the community which provides so much knowledge and guideline to new domainers like us (for free).
After a week of my last thread about 5L.com domains ( bought & sale) , this time I will discuss dot co domains.
What information we may need to discuss to a potential end-user when he is interested or curious to your one word or keyword dot co domains which is relevant to his business?
Right now, I have three good .co domain.
1.xxxx.co ( a popular korean food)
2.Cannabisxxxxx.co (popular cannabis in Europe)
3.xxxx.co ( a chemical widely used worldwide for centuries)
1 & 2 is hand registered & I have decided that I will only wait for end-user. I got already replies & price ask for 1 & 3.
My potential buyers often ask me why they should take the domain when it is not .com. But they don't say not intersted. They just try to get them in peanut price which indicates they cannot ignore these .co domains.
So I thought I will have a list of a dozen of good dot co domians which are redirected to business websites of their niche( mostly).
So I keep typing many one words with .co for last two days & found many good .co domains are redirected to another business of a whole different name with dot com extension.
Most amazing findings were Air.co was redirected to AirBNB.com & Duck.co was to duckduckgo.com
I assume these company must have purchased them from an investor.
So here is the list of .co redirected to a good business ( found till today.I will keep updating)
You also can keep an eye on them & search your .co domains and comment here so the investors of dot co domains can immediately tell the interested end-user who are confused about the value of .co domains.
