This thread is a central location to report domain name sales of any dollar amount.

As much information as you can include about the transaction is welcome, but at a bare minimum please include the domain name(s), the sale price, and whether you were the seller.

Good luck with your sales!

Please use the Like and Thank links on a post to indicate that you like it or are thankful for it being shared.

Do not post only, "great sale" or similar as this doesn't contribute to the thread. (Don't reply for the sole purpose of complimenting.)
  • Tip: Use the Like/Thanks feature instead.

Questions are allowed, but do not post commentary. If you want to discuss or comment on a sale in this thread, quote it and then post it in the following thread instead:

Was afternic the landing page?
Or did you include Godaddy BIN in your sales letter.

Landing page was dan. Buyer apparently has still not changed the nameservers. And no didn't quote any price in outbound emails.

Domain: Home///Test(.)co
Sale price: $400
Sale venue: Dan
Purchase price: $3.99 (handreg)
Hold time: 2.5 months

The BIN was $599, so when I received a $400 offer I thought it's not worth risking a counter-offer. It had the feeling that the buyer had a firm budget. If I remember correctly, the minimum offer was $300, so it was still a generous offer.

sold eVersicherung.de
translates to einsurance

4000 € plus 16% VAT
translates to $5635 USD as of today

using my own LandingPage
German Buyer called me

we talked a while
and found a price we both can agree on

glad that DAN did neglect my LP proposals
and I decided not to send them my domain traffic no more

Glad I redirect my traffic anyway
so it's just a short text file modification to redirect the traffic
away and to any LP, I like.

handreg 1999

first inquiry within 21 years.

{From Wiki: Hemp, or industrial hemp along with bamboo, is one of the fastest growing plants. It can be refined into a variety of commercial items, including paper, rope, textiles, clothing, biodegradable plastics, paint, insulation, biofuel, food, and animal feed. Sorry, I just noticed I misspelled name in PayPal invoice description(seen on screenshot). But the domain sold is the exactly one reported here, correctly.
