An attorney for President Donald Trump’s reelection efforts said on Monday that Chris Krebs, the former head of U.S. cybersecurity, should be “shot” for going against the president’s conspiracy theories and declaring the 2020 elections as secure.

“Anybody who thinks the election went well, like that idiot Krebs who used to be the head of cybersecurity,” said Trump campaign lawyer Joe DiGenova, “that guy is a class A moron. He should be drawn and quartered. Taken out at dawn and shot.”

But what is CONSISTENT among Oaf Keepers and Constytootionalists, is that they never actually read the Constitution, or any cases interpreting and applying it. They give it a lot of lip service, but have no earthly idea what it actually says.

In the event a state is unable to certify its election and appoint its electors, it is simply left out. Then, if no candidate has a majority, then we go to the 12th Amendment, and not what Otis the Town Drunk pulls out of thin air...

do you think anyone would be sloppy enough to leave physical evidence behind ?? Fraud is very very hard to prove in most cases ... insurance companies deal with it daily .. but seldom are able to make a case admissible to the court ... I have a long life friend that has been doing insurance fraud for 25 years ... although many times he knows that fraud is taking place... having the physical evidence to prosecute is seldom ..

So fraud ... especially if well planned, won’t have a bunch of widespread evidence ..if any at all ... the criminal element knows physical evidence is a ticket to a quick conviction

wrong doing on the other hand could be used in these cases ... the question is .. will SCOTUS hear any of the cases ... eyewitness testimony is as old as water .. but it sticks in court if the witness testimony is credible... the rest is time of events and ect that a jury has to deliberate to make a decision .... so almost all is based on circumstantial evidence and eyewitness testimony.... nothing new ... has and still gets convictions to this day if 2+2=4 with a jury.

the odds are slim that POTUS will ever hear any of that eyewitness testimony or any of the cases at all ... but it’s still possible they might do so

no matter .... Biden will be illegitimate to us Republicans ... how could he not be ... if Trump was illegitimate to Democrats for 4 years ... Biden is dang sure illegitimate to us

I do think there was quite a bit of wrong doing in the 2020 election .... not because Trump lost though.... that is neither here nor there at this point ... the way the election was ran and the amount of things that took place are a disgrace to our election system .... so of course I am peaved... On covid 19 ...In Japan .. Therein lies the problem, Trump is not really a Republican. He would have Repubs believe he is, like a wolf in sheep's clothing, but he's in it to win it... for himself. If the Right could see that side, beyond his rhetoric, America would be in a better place right now, IMO.

Blaming others for one's own faults is a lost cause IMO. Divide and conquer they say. US has been played by both China, Russia, or both...possibly even any number of other nefarious interest groups that would have USA divided. Maybe it's for the better, maybe it's for the worse, who's can say? If you or anyone wants the US to progress toward a more egalitarian state, surely the system will have to change - it's a broken system ATM. Even a simple change, like supporting a third party, would help. The only thing constant is change.

The problem is, what they thought would be their stallion for 8 years turned out to be a (night)mare.
