My $10,000 Domain Sale Revealed

What's the best return on investment that you've achieved from a hand-registered name? For this investor, it's now $10,000 after successfully selling a name via Sedo. The domain in question was registered by the seller back in 2012.

Despite virtually no similar domains existing and zero other extensions being registered, the investor managed to secure a $10,000 sale. The name, mentioned in this discussion, is a three-word pharmacy-related domain.

The Buyer of HeyDay.co for $45,000 Unveiled

In a recent DNJournal sales chart, Grit Brokerage was listed as selling the HeyDay.co domain name for $45,000. Grit Brokerage is no stranger to significant .CO sales, but this deal certainly piqued the interest of the domain industry.

Who would pay $45,000 for HeyDay.co? This week, Raymond Hackney reported on the identity of the buyer after spotting that the purchasing company was featured on Forbes.com following a $175 million funding round.
