Be careful with the seller.

He/she isn't accepting any escrow option for the transaction as they mentioned their urgency.

And, they don't accept sending the domain name first before payment.

Nobody said you weren't the owner.

You decline using escrow for the transaction, even the fastest ones.

You just accept PayPal payment within "friends and family" option and also Bitcoin.

You decline sending the domain name first before getting the payment.

I need it because I have an urgent payment, otherwise I know the escrow sites. Don't worry, I'm not an idiot.

He sent me a payment via @kite26 Paypal, but returned it to him as he did not send it as a family or friend.

I wouldn't refund if I was a cheater. I have an urgent payment and need it, I can't wait a few days.
