If I'm as wrong as you think, you should encourage the lawsuit. If the evidence isn't real, it will be good for Joe. If the evidence IS REAL, we will have a reason to secure the next election.

Check with Rachel though to make sure. :xf.laugh:

I don't encourage cons, you should have a long sit with yourself and figure out why you constantly get fooled. I'm not sure what part of money grab is going over your heads.

😂😂😷... your funny man ... lemme look up the noise ordinance laws in Florida .. the streets belong to the cities ... the sidewalks belong to the cities ...easement law in Florida may be different .. I am a check real quick

Can people play music in your neibor hoods while driving down the street?? Mustangs and other vehicles run down your street with a legally loud exhaust ???

While on city property .. the laws go exactly by city and county law ordinance.. which is most likely like most ... decibels of noise + time of day

Cul de sac, noise ordinance, no soliciting signs, police few doors down, not enough room for a bunch of trucks etc.

"It is considered a violation in a single-family home area if a noise measured from inside a home or from the property line exceeds 60 decibels for more than one minute between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. or 55 decibels between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. The sound from a vacuum cleaner at 10 feet is 70 decibels."

Just wanted to add a little info from personal experiences. There are some super exclusive subdivisions in some areas around the country where the gate can mean a stopping point for protestors (sales people, trick or treaters, etc).

The guide is generally if the street and/or sidewalks are city/county maintained, the gate means nothing. However, in some areas the superr rich will have streets/septic maintained by the homeowners association...these are the ones to avoid. A way they trick many 'trespassers' into catching a charge is that people are forced to go over a wall to get around the gate and these are on private property and/or homeowner association property.

yeah ... you can not force entry in gated community ... open the gate yourself ... climbing the wall is considered forceful entry as well ...

In the affluent neighborhood hoods I would think a security guard or someone would man the gates ... if that is the case ... the security guard can deny access to anyone they deem necessary .. stay away from the affluent neibor hoods in general when protesting .... it is not the affluent people as majority that political protest are targeting in most cases as statistics will show

Do you think Donald Trump will tweet or make a 1 minute statement every time Dow Jones breaks 30,000?

Brad

He doesnt have Ob(umer’s charisma.
But he has Prez accomplishments.
That was Jim Acosta who probably said
of the 1 minute Trump presser praising the 30k (first time in history) “that was hella weird”

Jim Acosta is the one who constantly invited to undermine President with agenda views.
Jim Acosta is an activist, NOT a journalist. Personally, think he’s a clown too;

Surely, at some point, there will be a posthumous pardon for Trump's best bud Jeffrey Epstein.

cool .. thanks .... a Cul de sac is a turnaround location to leaving a given street ... decimal levels are cool ... one minute is cool ... where does it say if a person is continually moving that they can not return to a location after their minute is up .. you know... drive very slowly around the block and return ??

on the no trespass signage ... that is only in affect on a persons property .. not on city and state easements .. which is the street as well as the sidewalk ..

so I can return to that Cul De Sac every .. say 25 minutes ... spend one solid minute there ... leave and come back and do it until the required time to stop is in place

You had no problem with the russia con. No problem with crossfire hurricane.

Prediction: Election fraud on a wide scale will be exposed and you'll deny it. Trump won in a landslide. Democrats cheated. Biden is a chinese sponsored corruptocrat.

I never mentioned crossfire hurricane, Russia did interfere, that's a fact. Those 2 things have nothing to do with the actual subject. These are all cons to drain every lost dollar from you gullible Trumpers. I literally posted an earlier con with that 1 lawyer taking money in and then not following thru.

And if you truly believe Trump has a change of being President, you're the mark.

Do you truly believe he has a chance or are you just trolling?

Deep swamp creatures are never charged for their crimes.

Pres. Eisenhower warned people about the industrial military complex, democrats call it a conspiracy. President Trump tried to end the endless war and is being called Putin's puppet by democrats.

Same crew that let ISIS grow, blew up Syria, Libya, gave Iran $1.5 billion cash and had the temerity to call Pres. Trump a fool for moving USA embassy to Jerusalem are now back in power.
And don’t forget all of the uprisings and chaos throughout North Africa and the Middle East as Obama and Biden encouraged uprisings.

Yes Brad; but not since 2002; he distanced;
Trump distanced himself early when Epstein hitting underaged girls at Trump’s “Mar Go”
Only the 2002 comment in hindsight looks bad;
“Jeffrey’s a great guy tends to like women younger side” lol he said like “10-20 yr ago” unknowingly exposin Epstein Pedo tendencies

Epstein, like Weinstein had more Dem connect

Trump was able to distance himself smartly unlike Clinton who was more engulfed in it; but like always;gets away. “Orange man bad” i kno

Brad;all “Philanthropy” trips lolita express right.
We’re all going to assume; Clinton having fun.

:xf.laugh: Disturbing his peace.

"Disturbing the peace, also known as breach of the peace, is a criminal offense that occurs when a person engages in some form of unruly public behavior, such as fighting or causing excessively loud noise. When a person's words or conduct jeopardizes another person's right to peace and tranquility, he or she may be charged with disturbing the peace."

I am going give this thread a break for a bit.

I am going to take my own advice. It is amazing how much time and energy can be wasted, instead of doing something productive. No one here is changing their mind.

how is it possible to be breaking the law if the decimals are correct .. time is correct ...and distance is correct ??

it may be breaking your personal law ... it may irritate the hell out of you ... which is the point in protesting to begin with .. but following all statues of the law as written is not against the law lol

Here's your prize:

'The only thing that I can say about President Trump is that he is the only person who, in 2009 when I served a lot of subpoenas on a lot of people, or at least gave notice to some pretty connected people, that I want to talk to them, is the only person who picked up the phone and said, let’s just talk.

I’ll give you as much time as you want. I’ll tell you what you need to know, and was very helpful, in the information that he gave, and gave no indication whatsoever that he was involved in anything untoward whatsoever, but had good information" - Prosecuting attorney Bradley Edwards.

In another interview, Jeffery Epstein blamed Donald Trump for his first arrest.
