That's odd considering outside Cuban Hispanics mainly in Miami, Trump lost all other Hispanics by a wide margin. In Arizona that is what carried Biden to victory.

Appeal of what? The state certified its vote.
That is how the process goes.

I saw that earlier today on mainstream news. They are grossly overplaying that "win".

The election is over. Biden won the most total and electoral votes.

That lawsuit, like all the others, is going nowhere. Trump's legal team is a joke.

First of all it is about Pennsylvania, and it is not even asking to stop certifying the vote exactly.
It is over a technicality of being able to amend their original lawsuit.

Dude, the Supreme Court is not going to touch some frivolous lawsuit that was dismissed with prejudice with a 10 foot pole.

People who think the SC is going to flush their own credibility down the toilet, to overturn the will of the voters and essentially end democracy are delusional.
