Unfortunately I purchased 3 domains with them. I have added SEDO TXT record to these domains. The TXT records doesn’t seem to propagate. They are neither showing up in MXTOOLS. The tech support seems to have no idea how internet works. They seem to have cloud flare DNS servers. In any case DNS data is supposed to go public. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

If it is for SEDO verification only, a band aid solution is to use ns1.sedoparking.com nameser and wait for a couple days till it is verified on sedo and then change it back to any other NS you want

Are you using their DNS?

I undertand that for using the TXT you have to use the registar DNS

If you point the sedoparking nameservers first, then list the domain at Sedo it happens in minutes, not days.....

Is Sav single man company?

Short answer, no they are not single man company.

Additionally, Sav has an OFFICIAL thread at nP. You could have posted there if you were looking for support help.

Do you care more about getting your issue solved, or figuring out if sav is single man company?

The tech support seems to have no idea how internet works.

Do you know how internet works?
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

See the post(s) from others above.

[PS] I see this is your first post. Welcome to namePros!

I have done that too. Updated to sedo name servers.

If you updated the nameservers of your names to sedo, it should get verified within hours.
Sav updates nameservers at the registry within minutes.
Unless sedo already removed your listings because they couldn't verify them within a week, then you have to add them back to your sedo account.
