Pretty simple. Because of coronavirus. I feel certain domains with their specific keywords are finding it hard to sell. What keywords have lost their value due to coronavirus?

Thanks.

Of the top of my head?

Travel - who is travelling these days?
Flights - who wants to sit inside an enclosed space with a bunch of other people with poorly circulated air?
tours - who is touring these days?
tourism
Cruises - remember all the people stuck on cruise boats in the beginning?
Vacation
Property - money is tight no one is buying property.
Real Estate
Retail - retail stores are closing up shop
commercial property
gym
bars
club
car rentals
Job
employment
work
fitness
personal trainer
accidents
injury
fashion
style
clothing
cosmetics

Most of the industries you have mentioned will return leaner and meaner, with an emphasis on doing business online.

While the tourism and travel industry has seen a decline in business, these industries will eventually pick up again, although I suspect that the large cruise ship industry may not recover to it's former glory.

I think the commercial property industry will suffer. Companies will downsize office space as more people work from home. Shops will downsize retail space as more transactions will be done online and delivered to the home. I think we will see office spaces in large cities converted into residential living.

Real Estate booming https://www.npr.org/sections/corona...ing-boom-sales-of-million-dollar-homes-double

https://www.npr.org/2020/08/28/9067...home-sales-booming-despite-pandemic-recession

So not sure about that one being negative on Real Estate

Commercial property I think Craig could be right, we have been moving to more remote even before Covid. This is an excellent article, (long) the future of offices in big cities, etc...

Fitness and style never go out of favor they just adapt, same for fashion.

Domestic migration is on the rise

According to Forbes Magazine, almost 40 million Americans, roughly 14 percent of the entire population, move from one place to another in the country every single year. This migration pattern is again on the rise after a period of slower movement in the last decade.

I figured fitness because gym's are closed or at least they were for while which put at risk their business to the point they had to close permanently.

sure there virtual solutiosn for fitness but the kinds of business that will need "fitness" domains will probably be physical retail fitness outlets.

example, 24Fitness

Style and fashion.

The whole point of dressing up in nice clothes was to look good in public either to get a job or go to a social event with many people to look presentable at work, Church, date.

ummm none of those matter anymore because there are no jobs, most work from home if that, social events are nonexistent hence lack of need for style or fashion. lol.

Also I agree with real estate booming surprisingly because if you can go on vacation. might as well selfquarantine in a nice home There is an uptick in luxury home purchases. many specifically have pools.

Another this is used cars. huge uptick. people did not want to take mass transit so people bought cheap used cars to go to and from work to avoid taking the train or bus to work.

First thing that comes to mind is 'bar/s' and 'club/s'. It's the main thing I've personally missed the most this year.

'Travel' is another and 'visit' - Whilst gyms have been closed and covid’s certainly affected gyms, i actually think the pandemic may have actually boosted fitness in general, because people still need to stay healthy so are working out at home, i know personal fitness programmes on YouTube and live fitness streams have become more popular during lockdown.

Prediction.
Retail stores will be closed.
But will be turned into housing projects for the people who spent all their money on stupid stuff and never saved for a raining day and end up in poverty and debt and on public assistance.

And then post coronavirus after vaccine the economy will be worse than the Great Depression .

Many spent most of their time shopping anyways . I guess it would be fitting to live there forever.

That's best case scenario.

Worst case? They will be turned into "re-education" camps for those who dare to speak against the status quo.

There are already examples of this in the world where millions of people are being held against their will. Free Labor for the elite. Just Google....

"Re-education camps".

And see where it's happening today if you believe this could never happen in this day and age.

I don't see a difference between the two scenarios. Do you? Both are just forms of slavery.

How to start a business. Guess people do not want in this period to run a bar, a club, a restaurant.
