discuss .io Registry Reserved names such as RealEstate.io

They have been releasing many of these at premium prices. For example, www.io recently sold for $6.5k.

Did they start reserving LLL, too?
gro.io, sed.io, siz.io dropped today and dynadot says they're reserved (other registrars also showing them as unavailable). Same for swm.io from 5 days ago, but I've found some older LLL drops that are available at standard prices.

BTW gold.io, RealEstate.io, poker.io from OP seems to be standard registrations from years ago, how are they 'reserved'?

io sales have been good to many domainers. . u could reg off expired regfee decent 1word 2 or 3 yes ago...then dropcatch like park.io noticed potential and cought even more.. even lesser quality... I did notice sales slow down a bit tho I'm still holding round 100 of those decent ones... all in all I wouldnt be surprised if io does what co did... none of us want it but we all know its what's most profitable for them...

so if u hold those decent io names u regged few yrs back..well...this may be the time to keep renewing...like many renewed their co b4 they went prem.

my stuff is nothing spectacular but its stuff that's sold and can sell for 200 to 2k. so given uncertain future of io prem I will be dropping less.

All these LLL seem to be ending up at netsol... Maybe they strucked some kind of deal and are auctioning them through NJ/SN?

RealEstate.io when checked through Dynadot turns out as "reserved" but both of you are correct as the who is information has an LLC as the current owner. So this is a false alarm.

Other names such as dara.io which again check out as "reserved" through Dynadot appear to be inactive when checked through Estibot's Who Is, however it is impossible to register them. Same story with cloudtech.io so not only LLL.io are affected.
