epik just run $0.99 promo for .Realty but it has $299 renewal price.

What's your thoughts about .Realty ? Is it a good investment?

Funny...i was trying to register Niagra.realty and I saw you have it. Then I went to reg NiagraRealty.com because it was available, but then I discovered it's spelled Niagara. I hope yours is a different Niagra then the one I was looking to register

Thanks ThatNameGuy. It took some time to update these with text, images and prices. I stopped at 20 domains though so you’ve definitely got me outnumbered!

There's certainly an opportunity for Epik or an independent contractor to do something like this. I'd gladly pay them an extra 6% commission above the 9% I pay them on sales "if" they would do it. I think it would be a win win all around. Thanks for sharing

As sort of an update....i'm still accumulating .Realty domains. Here are seven names I registered today;

LittleHouse.realty
Raceway.realty
BigBand.realty
Cloverleaf.realty
ShadyGrove.realty
SilverStar.realty
HomeLife.realty (Estibot appraises this for $1,100)

In total, i've registered 629 .realty domains and 39 xxxxxRealty.com domains.

There's generally a selling motive behind each name I register. For instance, BigBand.realty will be marketed in Florida where the elderly will relate to " Big Band". Then SilverStar.realty will be marketed in retired military towns where the military relates to "Silver Star"

Finally, because residential real estate is local in nature, I've been registering neighborhood/community names focusing on major cities and counties throughout the US. Anywhere there's a community/neighborhood with over 5,000 population and 2,000 homes, it's worth the .99 cents imo. Loudoun County for example is the richest county in America followed by Fairfax county, and I've registered a dozen .realty domains in each of those counties.

I have done extensive marketing direct to potential clients with relevant names/locations mainly through LinkedIn. Have had a connection rate in the 35% which should indicate interest but zero sales despite dropping top quality keyword .realty prices to $588.

Looking like a bust.

Some good terms. I actually own Swan Realty in .COM.

All the others there would be solid .COM when it came to resale. There is just no market for .realty.

That is very nice - I like "swan" as a keyword, it fits with a lot of sectors/industries....

The Boa got some decent traffic, probably to do with Bank Of America acronym......but the renewal prices are just worth it and most people will probably agree and drop like you said....
