In my opinion, Astra and GeneratePress were the best in terms of SEO optimization, mobile-friendly, features, faster-loading speed, and customizations. And both are fully compatible with most of the WordPress page builders (Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder and etc).

The paid versions of both themes cost more but they are worth the price (according to me).
