um, it's from Frank Luntz, who said it was too late for Trump and Biden will probably win.

GOP pollster says Trump won the final debate but Biden ‘won the war’
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/10/23/gop...p-won-debate-but-biden-will-win-election.html

  • GOP pollster Frank Luntz told CNBC that President Trump does not have enough time to catch the former vice president.
  • Luntz said that even if the polls are wrong, as they were in 2016 when Trump pulled off an upset victory, it’s “virtually impossible” for the president to win.
  • Luntz said American voters largely prefer Biden’s positive approach over Trump’s forceful but negative tone.

My own opinion is that the high court should be more reflective of the population today. Not 150 years ago.

I think the court should be expanded so as to ensure the fairest, most thoughtful decisions.

Your solution politicizes the court and breaks the checks and balances of our Republic. What you want is a court that will agree with you politically and changes laws so can you have what you want ( power ).

No, I want the court to be more representative of the country. It does not break our checks and balances. There were reasons why the founders did not outlaw expanding the supreme court.

"Only since 1869 have there consistently been nine justices appointed to the Supreme Court. Before that, Congress routinely changed the number of justices to achieve its own partisan political goals, resulting in as few as five Supreme Court justices required by law under John Adams to as many as 10 under Abraham Lincoln.

The U.S. Constitution is silent about how many justices should sit on the Supreme Court. In fact, the office of Chief Justice only exists because it’s mentioned in the Constitution under Senate rules for impeachment proceedings (“When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside...”).

It’s Congress, not the Constitution, that decides the size of the Supreme Court, which it did for the first time under the Judiciary Act of 1789. When George Washington signed the Act into law, he set the number of Supreme Court justices at six."

Can't wait but highly unlikely propaganda will be disappearing anytime soon. Like with any other science, political bias and ideologies create division and mistrust.

Donald Trump Down One Point Among Black Voters in Battleground Michigan

Independent thinking black person is bad news for democrats:)

Funding Opportunity Zones, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities and supporting school choice. It all is having an impact:)

Before the pandemic, black Americans had the lowest level of unemployment on record.

'COVID, COVID, COVID': Trump complains

President Donald Trump traveled to Lumberton, North Carolina, on Saturday for what the White House billed as remarks in honor of the Lumbee Tribe, the largest Native American tribe in North Carolina and the largest one east of the Mississippi River.

Members of the tribe were among supporters and some in the audience held red "Lumbees for Trump" signs as the crowd cheered and a drum was beaten at the rally-like event.

But Trump spent little time talking about his work for Native American communities and instead leveled attacks against his Democratic challenger Joe Biden, whom he mocked for holding a drive-in rally earlier on Saturday.

Lindsey Graham is the house special today for the cannibal republicans. :)

Lindsey is a mixed bag. Good on something but part of the swamp.

Republicans are pissed because he refused to pursue charges against Finstein and the other degenerates who slandered Brett Kavanaugh.

Graham is head of judiciary but has done nothing to hold the FBI and CIA accountable for their crimes committed during Crossfire Hurricane.

Self appointed fact checkers are hard at work trying to disassociate mask wearing from risks of secondary bacterial infections.
https://duckduckgo.com/?q=fauci+2008+spanish+flu

The study that Dr. Fauci coauthored in 2008 is
Predominant Role of Bacterial Pneumonia as a Cause of Death in Pandemic Influenza: Implications for Pandemic Influenza Preparedness

It doesn't mentions masks, but its conclusions are:

"The majority of deaths in the 1918–1919 influenza pandemic likely resulted directly from secondary bacterial pneumonia caused by common upper respiratory–tract bacteria. Less substantial data from the subsequent 1957 and 1968 pandemics are consistent with these findings. If severe pandemic influenza is largely a problem of viral-bacterial copathogenesis, pandemic planning needs to go beyond addressing the viral cause alone (e.g., influenza vaccines and antiviral drugs). Prevention, diagnosis, prophylaxis, and treatment of secondary bacterial pneumonia, as well as stockpiling of antibiotics and bacterial vaccines, should also be high priorities for pandemic planning."

On the bright side, science (not dogma) is making progress, researchers are working on Graphene face masks that battle bacteria.
A new method for making anti-bacterial graphene masks quickly and cost effectively has been discovered by Dr Ye Ruquan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry, and his team at City University of Hong Kong (CityU). The masks have the potential to combat viruses as well.
Commonly used surgical masks are not antibacterial and so harmful elements can remain active for hours, which poses a risk of secondary infection. However, graphene is known for its antibacterial properties, and so scientists have studied the possibility of making graphene masks.
Preliminary studies on the anti-bacterial graphene masks are already underway. “Our laser-induced graphene [LIG] material can kill almost all the E. coli and aerosolized bacteria. The bacteria-killing activity is induced by the graphene–bacteria interactions,” Dr Ye explained. Under the photothermal effect of the sun, it was possible to kill bacteria with an efficiency of 99.998% within 10 minutes.

Even after all the unprecedented suppression by the media and social platforms, Biden corruption story is number one:) Biden is the most protected candidate in history.

"He is the Punxsutawney Phil of candidates, emerging periodically from his basement bunker to foretell a tale of doom and gloom if he sees his shadow.
His surrogates will do whatever they can to assist his campaign and to censor bombshell revelations about his corruption. Thankfully President Trump brought up Hunter’s laptop during the last debate so this news can no longer be successfully suppressed.

Biden is a corrupt politician who became wealthy as a public servant.

Trump was a wealthy businessman who has lost money as a public servant."
