Hi guys,

I have created this thread to keep a track of all my created websites, since I have started to create more and more

Some of them are smaller projects and some of them bigger.

Here it goes.

1. News aggregator website at https://topeditions.com - Original thread was here
2. Tutorial search engine at https://tutorialindex.com - Original thread was here
3. $NVM token based on Fantom blockchain at: https://nvm.xyz

What I would like to know from the community here at namepros is as following:
- What is the value of the domain used
- What is the value of the website + domain used as a project alltogether
- Any input relevant to create a better service for you guys.

Hi guys,

write.mx was just approved by google registry for the .new program and I have received my registration token today.
I am still deciding if I go for it or not, the token expires on March 29. After the token expires, when I want to buy, I will have to go through the process again.

What do you think about this ? Will .new give any benefit ?

I’m not familiar with the .new program and will look into it soon. Design and idea wise, I think top editions and write.mx are as good as it gets. The design is both, aesthetically pleasing and functional. Great job!

Just updated my news aggregator website from PHP to ReactJS + Node + Express. It was something like a side-project to learn the language... it's fun

Anyway you can add a way to translate local languages? I guess right click mouse page “translate” could work; wish way strwamline and make english default? and Save it.

Might be tough to keep exact context; but you are getting news at the source

I wanted to keep each country news in it's original language from the beginning.

Add a way to upvote the good articles
Downvote the “fake news” source? Not sure.
Wish way to upvote pulitzer worthy journalism and downvote all the “CNNs” of country.
Filters would be huge; more than time;
argue comments section (disqus or otherwise)
Comments sections are dying; it would add more credibility imo

I think adding a way to rate +1 or -1 to each article b really helpful; regardless which nation
Assess the credibility and reliability;
even some good sources sink low now & then.

Any way to prompt rating of articles?
Highlight them; add way to vote;
Reward the ones that stand out; somehow;
be it they stay on front page longer or w.e
you’ve got a lot, and will have a lot.
Maybe that would be great way filter! over time

I can picture the multitude of news streams

What are your ideas about instead of having classic like and dislike buttons, to add reactions ?!
I was thinking at the same implementation that Facebook has.

I have finally added reactions + comments on the https://topeditions.com site. Still some few tweaks left to be made, but I wanted to launch it since it has been a while since october when I have announced it.

It also contains Gravatar support for emails.

It has been a while since I haven't posted anything in this thread, I am busy developing new stuff.

Some updates.

1: The topeditions.com news database growth to ~2.8 million news - started in 2019, covered every global news from Corona to the Ukrainian war.

2. I have started my own crypto token which already trades at $0.01 on spookyswap. This token is based on the Fantom network which automatically gives you small transaction fees.
