There is money in .net, although not as much as in other TLD's. It depends on the name. With this one, there is a chance of sale.

My Suggestion: Mid xxx range to target a quick sale. I'd price it at $750 and perhaps drop to $499 later if unsold. Good luck

Edit: If it doesn't sell, 2 months before renewal set it at $199 with a min of $20 or $50 and take offers coming in.
