seems that there is a top site called
FilmicPro.com and ranked as high as 110000 in the world.

thats why i got this name,Filmic(.)Pro

I checked right now, it is a registered trademark.
Registration Number 4317686 at USPTO.

You are totally wrong,but thanks all the same,you know,fuckbook.com is a registered brand name,howere,fuckbook.net is for sale at sedo and many cases like this, filmic.pro is perfect for private webmasters,my clients are in Russia,Canada,Poland and France and ect

The problem is .pro domain is governed by US law, because .pro registry owner (Afilias) is a US corporation.
Therefore infringement of trademark registered at USPTO is subject to US law. If trademark owner wants the .pro domain, they can have it seized for free.

If you were asking about filmic.ru, filmic.pl or filmic.fr it would probably be OK. But filmic.pro is a legal trap for potential buyer.

I emailed to them and they offered 850USD,but i rejected,whats more, i emailed to Nike .com for selling my Nike.im and nike.cz, howere, Its FINE
