Afternic does not Pay me for selling domains

Hello,

My Name is Amin, 29 September 2020 my domain was sold for $408, but until now I have not received payment regarding my domain that has been sold, I have contacted afternic on the contact us page and via email, almost every day I spam, but afternic doesn't seem to care about things this !!

honestly I am very disappointed with the afternic service, they do not provide information regarding the payment of my domain that has been sold, and their support is very slow as if they don't care for me.

if you need evidence related to this problem I am ready to provide strong evidence, because here it is not allowed to provide images, so if anyone wants proof please message me in this forum.

from 29 September 2020 to 21 October 2020 I have not received payment from afternic regarding the sale of my domain for $408

proof of reversal of money from afternic, until now I have not received it back regarding this payment.

I had similar with GoDaddy and it took one phone call to support to get funded.
I don't know what the holdup was but I figured a month and a half later I should have had payment.

The guys at support are always friendly and sure enough a couple of days after my call I received payment.

Try calling them instead of emailing, it works much better.

PS. Godaddy and Afternic are the same company.

i am not very fluent in english, so i have a hard time contacting godaddy or afternic

You don't see the money instantly takes over 30 days.

3 days ago they replied and promised to pay me within 1-5 working days but when I inform today by email, they didn't reply to my message

Almost 30 days is way too long. Are you sure you had your paypal or proper bank info in Afternic?

They are usually very late when replying via emails. They should improve their support department tho. Phone line is always not the convenient option for everyone.

But just wait you will get your payment.

I've updated my payment method in afternic using echeck / local bank transfer

I promise if someone wants to help me, I will give a $50 reward through my bank account after I receive the money from afternic
