That's a very strategic strategy, strategically speaking. Halloa back to you! :)

I guess our strategy is (in a way) identical to yours. The less potential end buyers we miss, the higher offers we get, i.e. good ROI.

Thanks for contributing, Bertrell (the same goes to Samer; great keywords describing your great motivation and humility, thanks).

I lost heavily in some investments ( Force Majeure), which set me back by 5 years.

So,

Be prudent in buying.

I think you have posted your strategy question to the wrong section.

This section is titled 'Meet and Greet' and is described as Introduce yourself and meet other members!

Saying "Hello, I hope to..." and 70% of other things people tend to say is pretty along those lines. Mind you, if you want us to just say "Halloa" in a odd voice, we are getting good at that too.

Thanks for meeting and greeting us, BTW.

Clearly we were interested in hearing from fellow newbies... Plus it's not like this motivational and research-based post among new members is going to lower the value of your portfolio, disgrace your ancestors, cancel or downgrade your Netflix subscription (imagine going back to 1080p or ... to M.A.S.H. only, OMG!), or wipe out the world with yet another new virus.

Wait... Did we just...? Nooo! That's impossible!

I don't have an issue with your post or content - in fact I think it's great to get people talking, but I think you may reach more people by posting it in one of the discussion sections :)

Thanks, CraigD. Great to know that both parties are smiling now, plus you now tolerate that we wanted to pick brains of dreaming (or strategically planning, in some cases, LOL) domainers too.

Perhaps we should pick your brain through PMs? Thanks again for your understanding and near-instant forgiveness.

Here it comes... Ready for it? Okaaaaay:

:phantom:

(We did promise a smile. This one counts. Kind of. Right?)

Are you slowly recovering, though?

I think you have assumed too much from my simple reply that you have posted a question to an introductory section - I was simply trying to be helpful. How did my 'tolerance' even come into this discussion?
