C.C means ... credit card, used for verification only.
At check out GD always has a enter promo code box.

Edit: I was able to add another year. Thanks!

Edit 2: If your account uses PayPal instead of a CC, thats ok. It worked for me. I use PayPal as my payment option.

Hi thanks, interestingly for me the checkout showed $0 without even applying coupon code, yeah right no coupon used still $0 for renewal. May be anything to do with pro membership?

I did renew twice for total of 2 year without applying any code

you go to Account Settings-> "Renewals & billings" and check the Auction membership and click Loading/Add to cart. you are good to go now

will give it a go - probably why their system is melting as we speak, wonder how many people are doing this

no even I had the same error message like you on clicking "options" and I went to that "Renewals & billings", first cancelled auto renewal for Auction membership and add it to cart
