Having relatives and friends scattered all over the globe, I am getting an overload of input (some on the record and some off the record).

My intention for this thread is for community members from around the world to post first hand stories and/or links to information sources that, for the most part, should be reliable.

In my community, just outside a major southeastern city, 'assets' have been placed. Only because I have friends in both high and low places have I heard about some of this. At this point it is only some basic medical supplies that should be equally distributed anyway in preparation for a natural emergency (hurricane/wildfire/etc.).

I will start with posting a link to a site with current data that seems to come from an aggregate of sources and hope others will do the same as they come across similar sites/pages.

Because of the 'typhoid Mary' spread-ability of this disease, I feel we may be in for a really large spread globally which will impact the global economy and through extension, retail domain prices.

One thing is for sure...things will get worse before they get better.

COVID-19 may deplete testosterone, helping to explain male patients' poorer prognosis

For the first time, data from a study with patients hospitalized due to COVID-19 suggest that the disease might deteriorate men's testosterone levels.

Publishing their results in the peer-reviewed journal The Aging Male, experts from the University of Mersin and the Mersin City Education And Research Hospital in Turkey found as men's testosterone level at baseline decreases, the probability for them to be in the intensive care unit (ICU) significantly increases.

Coronavirus: New global test will give results 'in minutes'

In some countries with high infection rates, including India and Mexico, experts have said that low testing rates are disguising the true spread of their outbreaks.

The "new, highly portable and easy-to-use test" will provide results in 15-30 minutes instead of hours or days, WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus told a news conference on Monday.

Drugs manufacturers Abbott and SD Biosensor have agreed with the charitable Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to produce 120 million of the tests, Dr Tedros explained.

New York City Imposes Fines Of Up To $1,000 For Those Who Refuse To Wear Face Masks

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said Tuesday that the city will impose fines on people who refuse to wear face coverings, after it saw a positivity rate for coronavirus tests of over 3% for the first time since June.

The fine is up to $1,000, the mayor's office told NPR.

City personnel will hand out free masks to anyone who is not wearing a face covering, the mayor said.

"Anyone who refuses to wear a face covering will be told that if they don't put one on, they will be fined," de Blasio said. He said it would start immediately and on a large scale. "That will happen aggressively, clearly."

I'll be putting up some posters at the office stating that wearing a face mask indoors is mandatory. Now my arabic is a bit rusty. Anyone can help me with a proper translation? Just the one sentence. By DM would be great.

Americans might never come back to the office, and Twitter is leading the charge

For the last two years, Twitter has been quietly dismantling its office culture, making changes that resulted in blessing employees like Andryeyev who asked to relocate — whether it was Hawaii, rural Ireland or back home in a cheaper state. However complicated, the official policy on employee relocation requests was “get to yes.” The effort began with an off-the-cuff email in 2018 by chief executive Jack Dorsey in which he encouraged employees to work from home after a productive day doing so himself.

Wherever you are there are exemptions and technically there are no laws to wear masks in any nation.

Heck if you're in Florida the nonsense is over.

And legally businesses are required to honor medical exemptions.

Please go easy on those who like to breathe fresh air and aren't falling for the psy-op and don't want to wear masks.

It's by choice. As of yet our government doesn't require us to wear masks indoors.

It's just another precaution we decided to take, unanimously. Don't want people coming in to enter without one. My house, my rules.

Things aren't going too well over here. Lots of people have been ignoring social distancing. If things don't change in the next couple of weeks we may be facing another lockdown.

Will it help? Debatable. But it won't hurt either.

Oh, I see, you're still buying the mainstream psy-op narrative.

In my house I allow a choice because I honor about 80% of the populous is in a hypnotic trance and duped into believing wearing a diaper on their face is a beneficial health accessory.

Yikes, you imply you think that's a good idea!? :xf.cry::stop::wtf::facepalm:

Fortunately the lawsuits are already moving forward gracefully and there actually are many judges who see the truth....

Here in the "Land of the Free" we are holding those accountable who are orchestrating this plandemic scamdemic chaos DIVIDE AND CONQUER nonsense.

Depends. It's not mainstream practice over here. Most people here agree that wearing a face mask isn't a precaution that will save us all.

With the exception of public transport, we are still allowed to go just about anywhere( grocery shopping, for example) without wearing one. As longs as you keep your distance.

But you know, I think wearing masks may prevent some infections so I don't see the issue in wearing one. Small effort to make. I really dont get people who are against it in regions where the government forces you to wear one.

I know you think different so let's leave it at that as I'm not in the mood to be discussing psy-op conspiracies.

The suits are happening. It won't be mentioned in the MSM.

A lot of people don't trust the government here in the USA, but like a switch many seem to all of the sudden trust the government a lot more. The fear propaganda induced anxiety and fear which yielded a highly suggestible populous ready to beLIEve the plandemic agenda and follow orders like DEAD CORPORATIONS IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS rather than see through the obvious deception like living human beings not in capital letters whose critical thinking skills are still intact most certainly see.

While in the world, if you take a moment and pause and watch humanity for a few minutes, you will see that most are living in a trance.

Valid point. I wouldn't trust them either. It's insane that in one of the 'most powerful countries' in the world you cannot trust the government and media. Sad actually. But I guess that's the state of the world we live in today.

The ancient Neanderthal hand in severe COVID-19

Genetic variants that leave their carrier more susceptible to severe COVID-19 are inherited from Neanderthals, a new study finds.

There are several factors that influence a person's susceptibility to having a severe reaction, such as their age and the existence of other medical conditions. But one's genetics also plays a role, and, over the last few months, research by the COVID-19 Host Genetics Initiative has shown that genetic variants in one region on chromosome 3 impose a larger risk that their carriers will develop a severe form of the disease.

Trump has tested positive.

It seems that Hope Hicks was the spreader (at least it is likely since she was on the chopper while contagious without wearing a mask).

Being male, over 70 and being overweight makes his case more risky. It will be interesting to see if he changes his mask 'tune'.

It (covid19) just made a run through a group of my golf buddies and at the course one of them owns. 2 of 17 that tested positive became severely ill. The two that actually got sick now wear a mask whereas before they thought it was silly. I thought they were being considerate of others but after speaking with them I realized they are both scared of getting it again...5 of the others have not been to the course in a week since their attempt at quarantine was over. These are guys that play 27 holes a day 6 days a week.

It is all a big ole globalist 'plan' until you or someone you love gets it.
