did you use this card before to buy at godaddy ?
if yes this is the problem

So we should have a new account, new credit/debit card number to use this coupon.

No. Its new card. New account.
Country is india and i just changed Currency to USD.
Price gets changed but it shows payment issue. I tried 2-3 fresh Cards.

Is there a payment verification process on godaddy? When i buy my first domain on @epik they refused my debit card but later i verified the card with a picture.

I got pulled in by the deep discount and now a day later have no access to my account or domain unless I submit a gov't ID card (which I don't have due to the pandemic) and (weirdest of all) give them a written 'explanation' of how I will be using my domain. They wont accept birth certificate, social security, or work with the payment processor to confirm identity. Also wont drop the name and let me register it elsewhere. Complete nightmare and lost a really great name.
