I tried to get verified in Escrow.com but they declined as my address verification document doesn't show my full address, i.e. street, house number, postal code, etc.

I told them I live in Somalia (East African country) which doesn't use house numbers and postal codes.

All our bills and bank documents just show the city as an address, but they insisted to decline the verification due to lack of documents.

I have used the same document they rejected to get verified in other platforms and they accepted it after I told them the situation here in Somalia. Is there anyone else who faced such a problem with Escrow.com?
How else can I verify my address?

I used it a week ago, they sent the payment and received it but I can't use it for more than $3k transactions if I am not verified.

Hi @Hussein Ali,

Yes, that's correct. For transactions $3K and above, Escrow.com users will need to complete personal verification if using a personal bank account and company verification if using a company bank account in making/receiving payments.
