XR can be X Reality or Extended Reality.

Either way it describes the spectrum just like mixed reality.

Been looking around and shopping for a while now, saw many companies choosing to rebrand to xr or just starting with xr in their names..

Those are only some of my findings that are already developed (there are many more undeveloped by major companies like unity/sony etc..)

Decide for yourself.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
It doesn't really matter who the buyer is, the most important thing is that XR names are trending.
I invested in many names so far the best ones i think I hold are xr phone and xr chat dot com of course.
I don’t think one random sale constitutes ‘Trending’.

100% agree but why do you have such a problem against this tech?

I know you are always commenting on how much stablecoins are trending but in reality XR domain sales have far outperformed the selling rate of stablecoin domains.

Yeah I'm not saying stablecoins won't be a good investment. It just seems like whenever someone posts an XR sale you pretty much act like it isn't a real sale, or people are just trying to create fake hype.

100% agree people should not reg domains based on one sale though.

Things must be lonely in your stable coins thread. You’re always welcome here.

An interesting XR article I just found.

The industry still doesn’t know what to call itself. Is it AR VR XR??!! also I noted how it’s says ‘predicted potential for growth’ 😂. As an investor that’s just not good enough. I want face melting growth like what we are seeing in Stablecoins.....$380,000,000 every 2 days kind of growth.

“By 2025, VR/XR collaboration will be the new standard in working life”: Interview with Varjo’s CEO, Timo Toikkanen

The fields of VR (virtual reality), AR (augmented reality) and XR (extended reality) have high predicted potential for growth

I don’t want to hi-jack this thread as people will want to keep up with the torrent of XR news and sales, but you’re right, you do have to be quick or you miss out.

We are in unchartered territory with ‘Stablecoins’ and the technology is moving faster than the industry it serves, which I’ve never seen before.

‘Asset Reference Tokens’ is a brand new industry term which was just coined in the Draft EU legislation only days ago.

The use cases for ‘Stablecoin’ tech spans the entire global monetary/commercial eco system. Its not too late, it’s just getting started.

The actual tech then yes, if you want to get into investing and dealing in stable coins and other crypto, then you arent too late, but not the domain names themselves, you only have to go and do a check at the registrars to see that.

I just checked the GoDaddy Auctions and you’re right, plenty have been taken but these are probably all new registrations by savvy Domainers.

Secondary Market sales are imminent.

Yep, but most are not new registrations (2011-2018) The aftermarket sales will be there but as we always see, they will be mid and high xxx and x,xxx sales, which makes its a lot harder to make a profit on average names.

I love this subject. Huge crossover for VR and Digital Assets!

This would have to be one of the shortest articles ever published. I was so looking forward to an interesting fact filled article - journalism is dying :(
