I am trying to sell my portfolio of 673 premium and brandable .co.uk domain names, I want to sell the portfolio as one lot, I have been offered £200 for coffeedrop.co.uk but I want to know if I have priced the portfolio correctly in order to sell it quicker.
In line with the forum rules here are the answers to the questions in order to help me out;
1. Acquisition Reason: I was given the portfolio since a client defaulted on payment on services.
2. Markets: The portfolio has various markets and niches
3. Research: I have looked up some of the domain names and they are keyword searches
4. End-User Value: Based on being offered 200 for coffeedrop.co.uk I would assume the average is 30-120 pounds per domain name
5. Reseller Value: 30-60 pounds
6. Traffic: not sure
7. Revenue: non
8. Age: 12 months minimum
9. Miscellaneous: the portfolio is UK specific, with Brexit in full force I think there will be a scramble for .co.uk names, the portfolio can be inspected here https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/223214540124
