It can have some value, but the pool of potential buyers is not very big (since the target is only NYC). I checked rapidly the cpc on google and it seems people are spendig good $$ to advertise on that keyword.
Personally I would contact who is advertising and I will ask if they are interested in the domain for low XXXX.
Someone going to your lander and buy the domain can happen, but the probability is quite low due to the aforementioned small market.
