zealcredit.com, - short term credit
9ine9ine.com, - a rapper / music industry
leasebriefly.com - short term leasing options like an airbnb but at least the name actually states the business concept / action in 2 words, unlike airbnb i didn't even know what it was when i first heard it! (I have had an offer of just over $50k for this domain recently) I beleive it might be worth much more!

Any thoughts?

That 50k could be an appraisal scam, use the search button here on Namepros, type in "appraisal scam" and cross check those threads with your offer....

Imo it is not worth 50k

There have been no recorded .com sales over $100 where "briefly" is the second word.....not a popular keyword

The highest reported sale where "lease" is the first word is $22,000 for
LeaseConnect.com back in 2017

Thanks mate, however the interest was from a party who is in the same industry as me, real estate.They have launched an online realestate advertising portal already and want to rebrand it on many levels,

I beleive this could be a multi million dollar portal or multiple portals to list all real estate options of any kind, just a destination! An Affordable option!

I cant see any value in these. No sales history with any of them and not registered in a single extension when doing a search.

If you received even a 2k offer for leasebriefly.com, you need to take it asap, you may never get another offer. Most experienced domainers have been doing this for years and never received an offer even close to 50K, why would you not take 50k, especially when new to the industry? What makes you think its worth more, the word briefly is not popular at all in domains so I would try and avoid it. You may find that the offer was just an appraisal scam offer, very common in this industry.

Im going to guess and say judging by your words here, lease, list, sell, you are in the real estate business.

Another tip Nate, never mix numbers and letters in domains, most of the time is doesnt work, except for things like 360, 247 etc

ZealCredit, be careful of trademarks with this one, there are quite a few companies that use this (https://www.zealcu.org/) and it could very well be a TM.
