The first presidential debate will be held on Tuesday, September 29 at Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. The format for the first debate calls for six 15-minute time segments dedicated to topics announced in advance in order to encourage deep discussion of the leading issues facing the country.

Chris Wallace, moderator of the first 2020 presidential debate, has selected the topics for that debate.

Subject to possible changes because of news developments, the topics for the September 29 debate are as follows, not necessarily to be brought up in this order:

Me, too. I know that whatever happens in politics, Western society is circling the drain. It took many decades to make people this crazy, so it won't be turned around overnight. It will be a slow and, most likely painful, process. The collapse of America will make good reading someday. If anyone is left. And if anyone can still read. All we can really do is prepare.

For all the problems I see in Asia, at least mass-insanity is not one of them. Young people in Hong Kong and Thailand are risking their lives to fight for freedom. Young people in America are risking theirs (whether or not they know it) to fight for more oppression.

I've made a GIF to cue you in where the problem is with the long form birth certificate published by Obama. The pattern of the security paper that the certificate is supposedly printed onto doesn't follow the bending made by the black horizontal lines and text in the foreground. Anyone can see the basket-weave pattern direction of the background with their naked eye, no need to open the PDF in any specialized software. The people trying to prove forgery at the time, and then the fact checkers danced around some artifacts with the text or signature irregularities, conveniently leaving out the mismatch between the green pattern background and the black foreground.
What Snopes addressed in the article you linked to is a different hypothesis, the one with layers appearing if you open the pdf in Illustrator, that I didn't make any reference to.
