I checked Voice website out just now. Wasn't too impressed, unless their still trying to develop it. They had one lady on there just say "It's Sunday...not working today". What's it supposed to be a Twitter type site in a Wordpress format?

Some Domainers would accept the $150k offer and ran like hell.
I would have held out for more than 150k on a domain like that... but if it got to 7 figures I would imagining a new house and wouldn't have said no lol

Being not desperate to sell otherwise known as holding out is the key to a high value sale.

It can backfire, but if you know you have a great name and can afford renewals, don't sell yourself short.

Agree - If you are looking at a comfortable retirement, why risk holding out for more, unless your retirement is already secured as it obviously was in this particular case.
