If you sell it as a fully developed website with actual informative content on it, it may be worth something. How much? Probably XXX if you find the right buyer. At this point, buyer would purchase it for the content, not for the domain itself. Are you ready to spend hundreds of hours to develop it? It's up to you.

AutoABC.com has been sold for just $280 at GoDaddy just 4 years ago and is 100 times better than PandemicABC.com.

Considering that the hype around this global pandemic will be gone within 2022 and that it's related to a very specific situation (COVID-19), I don't see how you could get more than $5 for it if sold as a domain.
