Pheenix appears to be down? How do I access my domain?

I have one domain still with them, but no idea how to get it out as the site appears to be offline now. I filed a complaint with ICANN but is there anyone here that can help?

You still have domains there? They cancelled all they catching registrars years ago, Pheenix is dead long time ago, I transferred out quickly the few names I had there.

Anyway I think ICANN is the only solution or you can try to contact the owner if he still owns the other site. I can't remember the name, it is a dropping names list service. Someone here should remember the site or is in contact with him.

I had transferred a name in to try to get them to sell it, but all others were moved out. I contacted ICANN and they send me a complaint form to file a complaint.

@Mr. Deleted - pheenix used externally hosted support system: http://pheenix.kayako.com - with tickets and a separate registration. It is unclear whether this system is working 100% now, but at least this support site opens. I see something too minimalistic visiting this site, and it is different in different browsers (maybe my adblock?), so it may well be that it is not working. But you may try to contact them via this system as well, just in case, especially if you regged with this system before.

Unfortunately it is not letting me submit anything, says it needs a privacy policy. Its OK, I think ICANN will take their registrar away. Maybe I can get it :p

Pheenix.com -> Home -> My Domains -> DOMAIN -> Transfer Out (dropdown menu) -> Submit Button

or

Pheenix.com -> Home -> Bulk Operations -> YOUR_DOMAINS_LIST_OR_ONE_DOMAIN -> Operation -> Transfer Out (dropdown menu) -> Submit Button.

I am just getting incorrect auth codes. I have tried around 10 times.
