Disengaging from the NATO alliance won't save America. The military will be divided IMO. Who is going to defend the backdoor when Putin or Xi decide it's time to relase the KRAKEN?

NATO should be abolished. It's basically obsolete. And Turkey is a member, even though Erdogan may be a bigger threat to Europe than Putin.

And what Kraken? If the USA collapses it will be because of its own actions. Putin doesn't dream of ruling the world. Xi does, but he overestimates himself.

If the military is divided, simply retire the dissenting half. That should save a bunch of money, and also get rid of most of Obama's and Clinton's deep state subversives.

SHOCKING: Twitter Shuts Down Account of Chinese Professor Who Has Evidence China Created the Coronavirus in a Lab

Maybe the Twitter staff should just get it over with and move to China.

I hold a certain antipathy for both of those countries' leaders politics, not unlike Trump (or pre-Biden for that matter), and even the current leadership in my fair country leaves a bitter-sweet taste, although in fairness, strides have been taken on some fronts. It probably stems from my former hockey career having played on Team Canada vs Soviet Red Army, followed by having played in the European League in Finland coupled with playing International chess where Russian players dominated the scene back in the 80's. My experience in former East Germany and China was also an eye-opener, but that's another story completely. I simply don't trust a politician, and am amazed at how people can be led down the garden path so easily.

What a life!

And so far as Rolling Stone, who would have thought that the leading counter-culture music magazine of the day (after Creem) would eventually become the leading warmongering propagandist magazine for the CIA? But then again, they slammed Led Zeppelin's first albums and called them a weak Cream knock-off - so being right has never been their forte.

Cheers to you @Domainace...I've enjoyed our discourse, but like all old warriors, eventually one gets tired of the BS

I still play and coach, but nowadays am more inclined to be an arm-chair referee, lol.
