Hi,
Just introducing myself. I've been active online since the early 00's. Mostly as a website developer and later as a online marketeer.
I've always had quite some domains in my portfolio with the intention to eventually develop these domains. But there's only so much time and I let some domains expire (stupid I know). A while ago I received an offer for a - not so good and hyphenated - local tld domain. I sold that one and figured to give domaining a try, since due to pandamic my normal business is very slow.
It will be trial and a lof of error. Especially in the pricing department. I've read a lot on Namepros and other sites. And I've sold a couple of 2 word domains with my local tld in the past weeks, low to mid xxx value. My idea is to sell domains with commercial intent in my local tld to build up some cash and eventually move to the better .com domains.
I have a few .coms sofar, and quite some .shop domains, some .eu's and couple of ,info's. Not 100% sure about those, but some of them might have some value. For the .coms & info's have to wait till the 60-days lock is passed. After that I can start doing outbound for them.

Most of my domains are on SEDO and Afternic as well.
