I recently sold the name Antfarm.net. I acquired the name through Godaddy Auctions in May for 231$.
An Inquiry/offer came through an Efty landing page.
The Buyer offered 5,000$. I counter offered $8250. Buyer Stuck to $5,000.
Buyer gave a great explanation as to why they would not go higher than $5,000 & I respected it. I accepted.
10 days go by and no response. I reach out to apologize if I came across crass & stated I am open to negotiate. We spoke as to why the deal was not closed & I stated I am willing to sell the name for 3800$ out the door.
The buyer accepted & we closed through Escrow. I paid Escrow Fees. The end.
I appreciate the buyers business. I appreciate that this Forum allows people in the domain investing world to access information all things Domaining . I figured I would share my Testimony. It may help. It was a blessing the sale closed & am looking to make/close more. Thank you.
