As per the announcement: https://www.trademark-clearinghouse.com/content/ongoing-notifications-coverage-expansion-1 - Trademark Clearinghouse, which has been mainly involved in monitoring new GTLDs for potential TM registrations, has now added .com to the screened extensions.

Starting August 26th 2020, ongoing notifications will be activated for this TLD, and notifications will start being sent as of August 27th 2020.
