When you do a google search of the term 'Beelicious', various honey producers/distributors all over the world have the same product name but are all different companies.

However, one of the links says a company Registered the name 'Beelicious':

https://www.monrovia.com/plant-catalog/plants/7825/beelicious-purple-agastache/

Does this mean I will have TM issues? If yes, then what about all the honey companies which have named their business and products with this name...

Can I outbound this domain?

trademark247.com - run the name through it & you will have a much better idea. Best of luck

Call them up and offer it for free & ask for a thank you comment you can post on your site (maybe even a back-link to them).

A good reference is worth it's weight in gold... assuming you didnt spend too much gold on a TMed domain.

Best of luck - we have all done it, you are not alone.

You know, you may even try approaching them with how much you paid for it & see if they would be willing to "reimburse" your good will/intentions with the domain? Just a though on mitigating loss.

If you search for short domains like LLL or LLLL you will find some or the other trademark on these websites.. but these domains are still selling..
So i guess giving up a premium domain name in such a case would be an extreme case scenario (for instance having the words of big companies like amazon, microsoft etc)...
nonetheless searching on these websites would certainly be an additional safety measure..

Just my opinion.. correct me if i am wrong.. :)

If your buying brands don't do it with anything other than com as only generic will work with other extensions even if wasn't trademarked it only hypes someone else.

Too bad it's a trademarked. Still, it's a cool domain. (y)

Want some advice again...

What if a word is trademarked and I buy a misspelling of that domain...is that legal?
