Should Ternio LLC be found guilty of RDNH in this WIPO Case?

Cases like this, should have more consequences than just RDNH

I'm curious. Do they ever just throw out cases where it's clear the provenance of the domain predates the attempt to claim that domain by a business?

It is one way of threatening by a company which has easily available funds to invest in lawyer and legal fees . I believe owner of blockcard.com will easily win the case if he simple writes back to WIPO as he is the prior owner. Ternio plc should have bought the domain instead.

BlockCard . com is parked at Sedo and was registered in 2010. GetBlockCard . com was registered in June, 2018 This is the tale of a company being 8 years too late to realize the value of BlockCard . com and trying to get the domain name by force. No bad faith involved and no attempt to sell the desired domain name to the complainant. A clear case of bullying, RDNH and a place in the Hall of Shame for Ternio LLC. As Rick Schwartz says, ' too late to play and too cheap to pay!'
