Welcome to Namepros Santosh.

I have started my Domaining Journey with .in domains.
I believe .in and .co.in domains will rise in future. Even I noticed alot of .com and .co premium domain bought by Indians.
But it's a better idea to diversify your portfolio to other extension like .com

If you can hold a little longer your .in domains you must invest in then.

List them in Daaz.com, Daaz is best Marketplace for .in domains and they charge only 8% commision which is lowest in industry and they will try to track down even your smallest ticket offer/interest. Check recent sales in Namebio.

Best Wishes !!

Thank you so much for your response. I have just started investing in .IN domains and purchased few domains like Conjure.in, disclosed.in, endlessart.in etc as I see it’s becoming very difficult to find good domains in.com segment. Can you suggest any course to fine tune my skills. Thank you in advance.

Read Namepros atleast for a month before buying any domain. I don't know any such course for .in domains.

I would definitely get 1-word .in and .co.in if you can come across them cheaply.

India is filled with smart, eager investors, so I'm sure there will be a market for resale.

You will hardly find any one word .in commercial word, but yes there is still money to be made. This month I sold LaundryClub/in for $495.

On which platform did you sold this domain?

They can be a very good investment if you are able to identify and buy names that are undervalued. There are a goodly number of people already trying to do the same thing, so it is not as if every domain name is going to be a good investment - the vast majority are not - and it is definitely not the case that every domain name is undervalued. But if you are able to filter out the good from the bad, you can make money doing so.

The most underrated cctld. Many seem to be owned by Chinese whales who still offer reasonable wholesale prices for solid one-worders. If you can afford to sit and hold a couple of years it'll pay off

I will not invest in .in as a new investor.
Stick to .com
And some .co if you get a good deal

.in are highly illiquid both for selling and buying. People are just holding on to it for future
You will need to buy from the resale market if you want a good ".in"
I don't know who are dropcatching, but you will also not likely be able to backorder good .in

I like .in and I think it is 3rd best after .com, .net and .co

In fact, I recently bought 5 three letter .in
One paid close to 2000, the others I paid ~250
if you think you will find hand reg domains, forget about it.

If you see a domain that can be hand registered on the expired domains, be rest assured that hundreds of people left it there without registering it.

My point is unless you have a huge budget, you won;t get any worthwhile domains to invest in, as if you have a huge budget, it better off buying a proven .con with lots of bidders from the Auctions, like Namejet, Snapnames, Hexonet, Godaddy, Dynadot etc

Also look at the .in sales from namebio
All sales are wholesale, meaning 100-200 dollar sales

1000+ sales are the highly competitive ones.

Inbackorder is the only place to backorder .in and they also miss a lot of good domains. I don't know but there are some some competitive drop catchers in the .in markets. Someone said they could be chinese investors.

Where did you see that Baby Yoda has 300,0000 search monthly?
This is what I see on my keyword plugin. It uses google keyword api so I didn't bother to check google adwords, bit 720 and 3 millions are a big difference.

Also baby yoda being a trending and new keyword (when the new star war series released), it could have had a huge peak, but it doesn't have anywhere close.

.in domain has a huge increase space,
.in to the moon if the domain market industry not went down in the past two years
Especially in China, cause many Chinese invest .in domains
I am the owner of the hottest .in groups, Wechat and QQ
