So the WIPO case hasn’t officially come in yet, yet he’s speculating/ publicly naming a company and this company now have various articles linked to them with words like ‘WIPO’ ‘domain hijacking’ ‘ruined reputation’ ‘hall of shame’ (ie painting their company in negative light/trying to ruin their reputation already) even though ‘officially’ a legal dispute hasn’t been opened and he could be totally wrong?

Just a random thought. But I wonder, if you own a domain (as an investor) that you are not actively using and that domain goes through the dispute process. Even if you win the case, it must be difficult to sell that disputed domain down the road (unless it's super premium 2/3/4 char domain).
