So as usual I got that ICANN Verify Your Contact Information email that I get every year or so.

I click the given link and as there was no contact information change. I selected "My Contact Info is Correct"

It starts processing and gives me an error.

Everytime it worked good but I don't know why this year it is not working.

Tried it from my PC (Firefox, Chrome) and on tablet (Firefox, Chrome) same issue everywhere.

Attaching the screenshot here.

I tried calling the customer support but the guys sitting on those phones don't have a clue about this stuff. (maybe they are new LOL)

Any ideas or instructions would be very helpful.

Thanks,

Keral.

No it is not about it sending me any emails. This was just a straight forward "My Contact Information is correct" and they saving it on their side that this is done.

But it keeps giving error and tells me to call the customer support. Who don't have a clue about this thing.

Every year I do the same process and only this time it is getting stuck.

Yesterday I try to update my domain NS on godaddy, but error too, after I complain through livechat, it back to normal. Maybe you can contact them through livechat.

I called them the support guy asked me to forward him the email and while on the phone he said its all confirmed now.

I guess its an issue they are trained to handle, this happened to me a few days ago, I thought its my connection or IP, but it seems its some error on their end.

Godaddy has the occasional platform issues, but when you speak to the right people they can usually get them sorted quite quickly. I spoke with @Joe Styler about an unrelated matter over the past few days, and must say that he is an extremely helpful gentleman!
Thanks Joe!

I had the same email come in as well. I don't do email links...ever...so I went to the site and saw no notifications or reminders so I moved on to other things.

Yep, people having issues - https://www.namepros.com/threads/domain-information-key-emailed-by-godaddy-is-invalid.1203436/

I contacted my rep by email, they said:

"It does seem there was some kind of problem with the confirmation screen loading for many of my clients who verified their info. I went in your account and double checked that everything is good now."

If there are issues, you should see big banner when you login:

"If it had not been verified then there would be a big banner in your Domain Manager asking you to complete the step that you already finished"
