Tune in as Yogi and I discuss why and what led to his entry into domain investing, the factors and attributes he considers when buying domain names, and his keys to success for outbound marketing domain names that lead to his 15+ sales and counting in less than 60 days. And believe it or not, and only in a way that @ysolanky could, he's sold 10 domains and counting since our interview! 🔥 👀

Yes, I do. Why is it you ask?

I don't think you have done enough research on this one.
Please spend some more time and do a little research in his sales. Go to his Twitter profile and see the tweets. If still you can't find it I will show you.

Let's get to the point here (if you don't mind) and not beat around the bush. :) What issue(s) or question(s) do you have with @ysolanky and his sales?

I don't have any issue or question for Mr. SOLANKI.
I have data to prove that he is a FRONTRUNNER. I again request you to take a look at his sales.

My question to you is what will be your action/next step if you find the same ?

Ah... that's all you had to say to begin with is that you were under the suspicion or had bonafide proof that he is a frontrunner.

That said, have you personally approached him in private to engage and enlighten him about his behavior you've been tracking?

He may or may not be aware. If he is aware and is intentional in action, and continues on once he's been made aware, then that erodes his character. If he is not aware, then it's up to folks like ourselves to educate him in hopes that such behaviors are ceased. Again, if behavior doesn't change for the positive, then his character and credibility takes the hit.

No, I didn't approach him because I think he know that this is not right. After your podcast he is regularly hiding his domain name sales.
I approached you because I though you should know that.
Also I am interested to see your actions after that.

My actions are to take the matter up with him in private first (as I strongly recommend you also take action, seeing you are the party blowing the whistle publicly). Should there be resistance or further *confirmed* behavior noted, then the next step would be to have a conversation with Yogi and include 1-2 respected industry professionals. And if behavior still does not modify, then and only then, would I come forward to the public and state the case.

Now, I'm willing setup a call with You, Yogi, and myself to discuss your issue(s) and question(s) surrounding his investing strategy and behavior, and your data. Would you be up for such a conversation?

Great! So, then let's back up to the first step...

If you're willing to jump on a call with all three of us, then are you willing to first have a civil conversation with Yogi in private? If so, I encourage you to direct message him on Twitter, and report back after you've completed or exhausted all forms of communications to personally connect and engage Yogi on this matter: https://twitter.com/ysolanky.

I caught a guy doing wrong because he was in your Podcast. I suggest you to take a look at his sales. Ask him for Emails he sent to and when did and how did hble register those names. Look at his first 25 sales and you will find everything yourself.
I am not willing to contact him.
Yes, I am up for a Confernece call next week anytime.

As Yogi would share with you, I've contacted him privately over the last two hours about your allegations, and he and I have had a good, constructive discussion too.

Again, your response clearly indicates you've taken strong personal offense, yet refuse to state your claim person-to-person directly to Yogi. Your issue isn't with me as much as it primarily focuses on dishonoring Yogi. Do note that I never said that I disagreed, nor agree, with your allegations, but how you've gone about this entire thread is less than honorable, to say the least.

We're all here to learn as well as advance the domain industry in and under the most honorable intentions. But let's not judge someone, and not be willing to go to the person one-on-one. For the same measure which we judge and allege, we could find ourselves in the crosshairs of the same or different allegations.

As I conclude this thread, I strongly recommend and encourage you reach out to him in private first. Only then when you have exhausted all measures and forms of communication to engage him on this matter can move to the next step (and can prove it!) of a call.

I am not willing to contact him.
I am up for a conference call.
I can prove my claim here RIGHT NOW.
No personal offense.
Definently not an issue from you.

I regularly listen to your Podcast and I learnt alot from your podcast. I found something suspicious and simply shared it with you publicly.

Why are you not willing to find out yourself by doing a little research on his sales as I mentioned earlier ?
I came to know about him because he was in your Podcast so I again request you should also work a little more on this one.

Why block someone if he is not doing anything wrong ?

If you are going to accuse someone, at least provide some proof. otherwise, you will appear as someone who is just jealous of his achievements and blaming others for their own lack of success.

"After your podcast he is regularly hiding his domain name sales." -

I remember Yogi mentioning on Twitter that some of the domainers started bombarding the buyers with more of their domains and some of them asked not to publish their details. It's also up to the domainer whether to publish their sales in public. Some blur out the name/price to keep some of the details private.

Sinbad is just jealous. Why would yogi block you? What transpired that you are yet to tell us? Like BusyFather rightly mentioned, do the needful

I would highlight Mr. Yogi has deleted all his past sales post on twitter where each domain was visible before getting interviewed by Alvin.
Few facts:
  • he sold the domain davidrknight.com to another person using .net (this was the redirect incident which he has mentioned in one of his tweet) If we still type .com we are redirected to .net
  • razorsharpbarbershop.com now it's still not transferred but the said domain exist in .net let's see if it redirects to same store later
  • handmadeinbali.com which is functional in .co.uk extension
End Note: It's for the reader to judge Mr. Yogi but IMO its obvious case of front-running (we may have different definition for the word) and why did he delete those tweets which made him famous is a question in my mind after he got the actual fame
