An example she gave. Somebody having substance abuse issues, maybe send somebody that handles substance abuse issues, instead of police. She's not saying no police, but distribute it elsewhere.

Personally, I'm for more funding, some of that funding going to those other resources.

here is thing with all that, Ambulances won’t go to certain calls without police presence due to safety concerns so I doubt a psychiatrist, Counselor or other is going to either, Black communities desire less police and less law enforcement, in Dallas, the police had been overwhelmed with calls so they brought in the State police to help, the residents requested they leave immediately after they began enforcing law, the state police left, 4 weeks later they requested that state police return , in New York just recently Black citizens demanded that special enforcement units be disassembled , NY PD disassembled the special enforcement unit as demanded, today they want the special enforcement back. I say Fuck em, they demanded the action, the city fully met their demand, Dallas did not send the state police back , they fully met the demand of the citizens. This shit is really getting stupid , they wanted Police gone, police are gone , now rob and kill each other until your none left

It's money the police can't use. It's taking money from the police. It's the definition of defund proffered by democrats across the country.

Violent crime was falling across most of the country until the left decided they would "tear down the system".

SPD Chief of Police resigned yesterday because the city council "defunded the police" or as normal people say, cut their budget.

I have one at home and OMG I don't know what would happen to our country if she is the VP.

Worst thing about blm and antifa besides the insane violence and political thuggery... they have me defending the police.

I'd much rather be fighting to reform the police.

1) Require "responsible" citizen oversight. ( requirements to be determined )

2) Require police to wear body cams.

3) Limited civil liability if convicted of a serious felony. Murder, planting evidence, forgery, sexual abuse.
Require city / state to guaranteed civil judgments so victims don't get screwed.

4) Require yearly training in non-lethal intervention.

5) Strict policy of prosecuting police who abuse people.

This is a sick sport.

I agree, the thing is some of the poorest people in the US think they have a fix for every problem in the country , get rid of Police so they won’t be fucked with while doing their criminal activities, government reform to a Socialism - Communism because they think that will bring total equality and give them free money monthly,

I don’t give a damn what race, nationality , religion , gender , Get An Education, Go to Fucking Work, Work hard , America offers so much opportunity.

Their narrative hasn’t been about about any Police for a bit now, they both are very marxists organizations that want no capitalism , no democracy and suggest both Socialism and Communism are their choice of government, so essentially they are against the US government , when confronted by police both make sure to use their chants of Black Lives Matters, all cops are bastards and all that shit, once police retreat they continue on with stoning the US government and its system .

Antifa makes no bones about it and it is defiantly not a secret about their preferred government and system beliefs , go to youtube , they will tell you themselves , they are communist , who does Antifa identify with?? Who acknowledges Antifa as far left

the failure to use the blinker is simple, BUT, then the subject fails to ID, the subject was told not to put shit is his bag,,he put shit in his bag twice , the subject refused to comply with police officer demands which became combative and led to him getting taser , the female driver assaulted a police officer , am I missing something ???

if you do half the shit they did after being booked into jail and put in a cell, Jailers will fuck you up and put you in a restraint chair, I never hear anyone protesting about jail and prisoner abuse, know why??? Because society figures people who go to jail or prison are Fuckups, and society is right, when people go to jail and prison most of the time they fucked up, that’s why they are there.

All he had to do was tell the cop his name and date of birth, adhere to the simple command not to be fucking with his bag in the floor, the cop had already told the driver and passenger why they were there and making contact with him, what did the do?? He was demanding why they were there and what did he do after the cop had told them on two occasions.
