I recently bought a domain from another member here that was at Godaddy. When he pushed it I asked him to opt-out of the 60 day lock, which he did. But then when I get the name in my account it had the 60 day lock anyway. So assuming its another GD glitch I emailed review60, just go their response back...
So apparently not only does this person not know how 60 day locks work, despite working in the department that reviews them....but they refuse to honor the opt out request from the prior registrant.
As if anyone needed another reason to not use GD, I think moving forward I just won't buy any names that are GoDaddy push.
The domain name *** was opted into a 60-day lock during a registrant change. This lock was placed by ICANN and we are unable to remove it.
